Crashing on Java launcher!

Its not working! whenever I go on my Minecraft (on latest versions) and I try to play it, it loads but it freezes halfway and tells me that the program is not responding!! AAA!! I payed a lot of money for Minecraft, id hate for it to go to a waste.
