minecraft launcher ignore launching modded version and making duplicate background process

Minecraft launcher ignoring launch modded version.

Look video, i put custom settings and try launch.

When it launch, it shutdown self and nothing happend.

And the minecraft launcher starts begin background process, and it takes a lot of cpu usage. (photo)

If i try one more time launch, the launcher starts backgruond process and duplicate. with 14~15% always cpu usage. it makes PC crazy.

It is effecting recent minecraft launcher verison, and before launcher version isn`t happend.

Please check this ticket and response as soon as possible quickly.

I`m sure it is a critical bug.

(no log, no message. only video can show.)

+already tried reinstall launcher, java. it same happening when try to launch custom mod.

If need more infoamation, please comments what need more.
