I cant login in my Minecraft account. MC is not blocked and I have online connected.

I have a 64-Bit Win 8 computer and its doesn't seem to work on Win 8. I can login in my seconday Win7 computer so I guess the launcher does not support Win 8 64-Bit real good. Please help. I do know this issue has already been posted but none of those helped on Win 8. Thanks for your time. I dont really know if im using a proxy server.
