Certain versions won't load (Exit Code: 0)

Whenever I try to start Optifine 1.16.5 it begins to load but then stops immediately and comes up with 'Exit Code: 0'. The launcher will launch pretty much everything else I've come across so far and it is up to date just won't load it for some annoying reason.
