I paid for the game but it says that i don't have it.

I went to Mojangs official website and bought the game. After the launcher downloaded it said that I didn't have the game. I tried loading a new launcher and I log in my Microsoft account but it still didn't do any good. No matter what I did, I was not able to even play the game. I'd like some support for my problem or maybe a refund.
