Launcher Takes Significantly Longer To Load When Opened

The Minecraft Launcher, which loaded almost instantly before version 2.2.1864, took a couple of seconds to load. After version 2.2.2010, there is a account switch screen when the app is opened, which takes a few seconds to load, then takes 20-40 seconds to load after that.

 

This is when the app is opened, not when I click to play Minecraft.
