Minecraft Launcher Shows ~1 Fifth of Login Menu

Minecraft Launcher shows ~1 Fifth of the login menu for only a couple milliseconds when using the both of the new animation settings. Tested and happens with the current version 2.2.1862 and beta 2.2.2008. FYI, this happens when logged in.

Not sure if this is a duplicate, but I haven't been able find anyone talk about this.

Also, sorry for all the edits, this is the first bug I have submitted and I did not know what I was doing. O.o
