Link in Patch notes 21W08a for Ore Distribution not working

The link in the patch notes pointing on two places to the proposed ore-distribution is incorrect. Currently points to : https://https//launchercontent.mojang.com/images/snapshot-21w08a-ore-didtribution.jpg. Not a huge bug but still something that can confuse users.

I removed the "https//" portion to make the link work for myself.
