Inconsistent capitalization of the word 'launcher' in new settings

The bug

The word 'launcher' is inconsistently capitalized within new settings options in 2.2.186x. In the animation settings, 'Launcher' is always capitalized. However, the option for showing historical versions of Minecraft: Java Edition within the launcher does not capitalize 'launcher'.
