i cant get access to play on using Microsoft account

While i'm using mojang account  all okay, launcher see bought games and else stuff, but when i switchs on Microsoft it keep says "oh no something went wrong", and this keep repeating, and clicking on "try agian" , or reinsalling sevices or launcher doesnt help-
While on others apps Micrsoft account works, and when i starts game from exe file it also see game in my account.
