WebGL problem with skins on Launcher

I realise there is already plenty of posts about WebGL problems with the launcher, but I really need help with this, because I've searched everywhere I could, even tried to contact mojang support via email, but no solutions proposed worked for me, I've tried restarting the computer, updating graphic drivers, re-installing minecraft but nothing works!

Please, if you know what is happening I would really like to know, thanks in advance!
