Inconsistent use of languages within migration dialog links

The bug

Within the migration dialog, language codes within links are used inconsistently. In the first link (to the Java Edition is Moving House page), the code en-us is used. However, in the second link (to the FAQ), no code is used.

May just be an inconsistency, or a limitation.
