Play button animation is shown when switching tabs and already scrolled down

The bug

When switching tabs and returning to the Play tab when you have already scrolled down, the play button animation plays. However, the button never actually returned to the centered state, so it should not go back to the centered state only to go to the smaller state again.

How to reproduce

1. Open the Minecraft Launcher
2. Scroll to the bottom of the Play tab
3. Switch to a different tab (for example, the Patch notes tab)
4. Scroll to the bottom of this other tab
5. Switch back to the Play tab
   The play button animation is shown
