[13w42b]Redstone Tick glitching Minecraft

I was just making sethblings redstone advanced sorting system. from minedcrack and in the 13w42a snapshot it starts bugin out, missing chests and geting stuck in hoppers and dropers and yet in 1.6.4 it works fine and yet in the snapshot it does not say anything about a tick going faster or anything like that ??? please fix.
here is my world with the advanced sorting system. look for sign saying advanced storage system .
