Error loading and playing game

we have purchased minecraft dungeons and are trying to upload the software to be able to play. Everytime we do this we get an error message. 

 

Error details: 

UE4PrereqSetup_x64.exe

Exited with code 1

Failed to check for game dependencies. 

 We are using Microsoft Windows 7 on a HP Pavillion PC

Can someone please help so that we can play?
