Minecraft launcher doesn't give respond

Dear sir/madam ,
 The Minecraft launcher doesn't give any respond even I click it many time. I tried to install it once again. However, it doesn't work. Up to now, the Minecraft  launcher is still out of working. I did seek help from the Internet but it didn't help me. It just like clicking the launcher but without any changes. 

 How can I solve this problem. I'm very boring with this Minecraft.
