Launcher will not

Over the past few weeks Launcher has gotten worse and worse, from a black screen at startup, to now nothing working.  It just will not start or run on my windows 10 computer.  I've uninstalled 3 or  4 times now, restarted each time, updated my videocard drivers, deleted my profile file, everything I can find on the internet to fix it... I've ran it in compatibility mode for Vista, and everything.   It works on my two (2) other computers, just not this one? sooo frustrating.
