Launcher on Mac OX S not responding after all possible options!

Hello dear all,

I bought Minecraft and could play for 1 month (this sucks) til yesterday. Now from yesterday evening, my minecraft icon in the desk is just jumping in front of my nose. 

Launcher does not react, what i did:

• Watched til today (non-stop) six years older and newest videos on youtube how to fix that problem. = NO SUCCESS!
• I deinstall Minecraft.dmg and reinstall = NO SUCCESS.
• I updated Java to 8 (the newest only possible to download) = NO SUCCUSS.
• I updated my computer from catalina to big sur = NO SUCCES.
• Change all possible settings on Java = NO SUCCUSS.
• Once through the process I had the old launcher, but my e-mail won't work or something like that. = NO SUCCESS
• Once I was in a demo version (hello i gave money), i couldnt enter online servers. = NO SUCCESS
• And than i don`t had any access to the launcher again = NO SUCCESS
• I did also some stuff (without a knowledge on how to use a terminal) = NO SUCCESS
• than I change from bash to zsh (no matter what is that?) = NO SUCCESS

 

I just want to play minecraft like before, i dont know what to do anymore, I am frustrated. I dont know what is the problem here, dont know anything about programming....... =(
