Launcher Not Opening

Hello I have been having issues with the Minecraft Launcher. I just updated my laptop today and when the update was done, I clicked on the Minecraft Launcher but it would not open. When I clicked on it, the loading thing would pop up but wouldn't load the launcher. I have tried multiple times by uninstalling it, restarting my laptop, and going back to the previous update for my laptop. My laptop is a Microsoft Windows 10 Home. The version is 10.0. 19042 Build 19042. Please get back to me and to try and solve this problem. Thank you!
