Process crashed with exit code -805306369

When I launch up the game it'll freeze up when loading as shown above

In the process of loading Java Platform SE binary will use all CPU and a bit of memory power until it's not responding as shown above in which it will continue to use the same amount of memory, but use none of the CPU

the exit code -805306369

and the only exit of the game is by closing it which will prompt a "do you want to close this or wait for it to respond" or simple Alt+F4

I've turned off Discord and GeForce overlay, scanned using Microsoft security to nothing apparent, restart and shutdown computer, reinstall Minecraft by deleting .minecraft from the %appdata% folder, installing the up to date driver for Geforce and Java and deleting Java in the Program folder
