How to Debug? Minecraft Launcher is not opening at all.

There seems to be no information on how to debug a Minecraft Launcher.

Please advise on, since %appdata%\.minecraft\launcher_log.txt seems to be completely useless. 

 

The launcher, after double clicking it, simply does not show up the Launcher GUI.

Ps. Minecraft Launcher is also not seen in the Task Manager. No matter what.

This happens on Windows 10.

 

The Minecraft Launcher did work yesterday. Today was said to be working as well, but right now - no longer for quite some time. (Hours)

Reinstalling Minecraft and cleaning it has been tried many times. As well as restarting Windows 10.
