Minecraft Launcher Crashing

Minecraft Launcher continues to crash for windows version 1909. This is Windows N Pro. The current hotfix doesn't apply as the Windows Media Feature Pack does not appear in windows as an available download. They have no stand alone download if it doesn't appear in "Settings > Apps > Apps and Features > Optional Features > Add a Feature".
