Visual launcher bug

The visual for the launcher are acting odd. For example there are 2 overlapping log out buttons.

What I expected to happen was...:
Normal looking launcher

What actually happened was...:
Not normal...

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Not sure...

Notes:
I seem to be logged in fine and my profile is loaded, but this does not display that information.
