A bug about "1.16.4 rc-1"

The bug

When I see 1.16.4 rc-1, it says 1.16.4 pre-release 2 instead.

How to reproduce

1. Open patch notes
2. Click "1.16.4 rc-1"

: Notice how it says: "1.16.4 Pre-release 2".

What I excpeted

It will say "1.16.4 rc-1".
