Minecraft launcher does not open on my Mac

When I want to start Minecraft up I only get a black screen and then after a couple of second the launcher crashes and I have to force stop the game. I can not find a solution to make the game work again. I don't know if this has something to do with the new macOS update: Big Sur but before the update Minecraft worked perfectly. please help...
