gift card

this is the second bug im reporting in. i guess ill just keep making new ones . till someone gets back to me.. 

i need someone to help me with my gift card i got for Christmas that is giving me a error .i bought Minecraft dungeons  with my paypal because the card wasnt working . so now id like someone to check the card and give me minecoins instead . its a 35$ gift im not wasting to throw it out and give up. so ill keeping sending email till someone write me back..   so when a human gets this can u please write me back
