Game crashed and reset

Ok so I was going to play Minecraft last night on my xbox 1 and the game kept crashing everytime I went to join my world so I gave up and today after school I had opened Minecraft to see that my game had completely reset. All my mine coins, skins, and worlds were deleted. I don't know what happened but id really like to see if I can get my worlds back considering they had a lot of progress especially my skins too.
