looking away shuts my minecraft down :/

ok so i downloaded forge today because i wanted to try mods, but whenever i look away to get the mod from my folder and go back in to implement it, the game crashes and Microsoft says some error happened. i am wondering if it is from the malware i accidently downloaded before but got rid of ( i think). please help me! it has happened on every version and forge.
