Minecraft launcher pretty much recreated the "task failed successfully meme but wont let me play

So my launcher for Java recreated the task failed successfully but i cant find the problem. ive tried everything including moving the java runtime and updating it. can anybody please help me. it says" Error

          Launching the fame failed!

Unable to locate the Java runtime.
