The launcher won't let me edit or create any new Installations

It's been about 2 weeks since this happened When I open the launcher and go to installations I can make a new one and edit one but no list pulls up when it says Version. And so I can't make any new installations at all. Also, I already deleted the launcher and reinstalled it but the issue is still there. Also, all versions are effected
