[MCL-16049] Minecraft Launcher is not responding

Potential Workaround

First make sure the launcher and game are closed, then go to your Minecraft folder and delete launcher_msa_credentials(.json) and try starting the Minecraft Launcher again.

Windows Users: Press Windows + R on your keyboard, type %appdata%/.minecraft and click OK.
Mac Users: Press ⇧ Shift + ⌘ Command + G on your keyboard, type ~/Library/Application Support/minecraft and click Go.

When I try to open the Minecraft Launcher it is stuck on a gray screen and when I try to X out of it it says "Minecraft Launcher is not responding" I am on Windows and I tried uninstalling and re downloading it multiple times same goes for me restarting my computer. Can someone tell me what im supposed to do.
