Minecraft Launcher Failure

When the game is started through Minecraft Launcher, the game starts loading and red screen with Mojang's name come out and starts a second loading. However, in this loading with the red screen, the loading bar stuck in approximately 9/10. When you further click the screen, the game will be said  "no response" then Minecraft Launcher pops up and says the game crashed. The problem is then solved by turning off the two Minecraft Launcher of 32bits(when closing one, another one also closes sometimes) manually in Task Manager of the computer, then the game continues loading and is further accessible. However, skin cannot be loaded and multiplayer is still inaccessible. I am looking forward that  you will solve the issue and thus provide a amazing gaming experience on this marvellous game.
