My minecraft forge won't start

I have 2 issues actually. One is I can't get my forge 1.8.9 work on this launcher or anytime I try to install a forge it won't implement into the launcher. The second problem is I have some forges already installed (I actually don't know how) but when I press "PLAY" minecraft won't start and my task manager says it's running in the background but I can't seem to play on any forge
