Can not connect to the client on a mobile hotspot

Since this morning I have been unable to connect to the minecraft client using PDANET+, which is a tool that turns my mobile data into a hotspot, I actually am able to connect to the client using WIFI, but due to circumstances I a very slow connection with WIFI, I get error codes when I look at my launcher log such as
