Patch notes tab contains more space on the top than on the bottom of the patch notes

The bug

Upon inspecting the patch notes tab, one will notice that there is more space present between the top of the list and the top of the first article than the bottom of the last article and the bottom of the window. When measuring this distance, I found that there were 16 pixels on top, but only 8 on the bottom.

How to reproduce

Instructions are for macOS.

1. Open the Minecraft Launcher, and navigate to the Patch notes tab
2. Take a screenshot that contains the divider bar at the top of the page and the top of the first article (alternatively, just download the screenshot from this report)
   
3. Take a screenshot that contains the bottom of the last article and the bottom of the window (alternatively, just download the screenshot from this report)
   
4. Open the screenshots in Preview, and click and drag using your mouse to measure distance (you'll see a small box next to your cursor that shows the dimensions of your selection)
   Notice that 16 pixels are present in the space in the top screenshot, while only 8 are present in the space in the bottom screenshot
