Microsoft account is already connected to Playstation Network.

Every time I attempt to log in to my Microsoft account I am met with an error message that says "Oops, the Microsoft account you are trying to log into is already linked to PlayStation Network"

I know that this account is not linked to another account but it still does not work after putting the code in many times. I even un-installed Minecraft and the installed it again but I still had no luck. I also tried making a new account that has never been used before but i was still met with the same error message. I have tried everything in my power to get this to work but it just won't. 

please could you help me resolve this issue.
