White Screen in Fullscreen after downloading Big Sur

I am using the Lunar Client and when I launch minecraft 1.8.9 with optifine, it is fine. But then when I toggle fullscreen, my screen goes white. The buttons still work but I cant see anything exept a white screen. I just downloaded the new big sur opperating system for my macbook and I have contacted apple already. I can't seem to figure out what the proplem is. I have already tried reinstalling minecraft and lunar client. I've also been hearing that others are having the same issue.
