Error in 40w46a's changelog

@Adrian Östergård wrote the changelog

The changelog states that "Wearing a full set of leather armor prevents freezing entirely"

however it doesn't

How to reproduce

1. read the freezing part of powdered snow 
2.  open 40w46a
3.  wear full leather armor
4.  enter powdered snow

 

 

I'm genuinely surprised that no one noticed this earlier
