Minecraft launcher V1.2.5 is stucked

When I run the Minecraft launcher V1.2.5, I can't do anything. Neither click on "Play", nor log out, nor profile edition, nor going on development console, ...
No reaction.
Using other computers under Windows 7 64 bits or Windows 8 (Java 7 Update 25 too), no problem.

What else would you need to perform a diagnostic ?
