I cannot log in, minecraft lauchers says it has no internet which it does

Whenever I try to log into my Minecraft launcher with my Mojang account, it says that the launcher has no internet and therefore cannot log me in, but I when I log into it with my Microsoft account it works fine, but I do not have java on my Microsoft account so i cannot play on that. Please help.
