My Minecraft 1.16.4 not opening when I click on "Play"!

When I press "Play", version 1.16.4 does not enter at all! Sometimes the computer crash, but after crashing the computer, the Minecraft Launcher is saying: Couldn't entering Minecraft 1.16.4 because of a computer crash, we are sorry.
