bug skins

hi, I have been playing minecraft for a year and for the first time it happened to me that I could not change the skin, I practically changed the skin and for a while I kept that, but when I decided to change it it told me `` impossible to load the skin '' I tried to restart even in multiple versions but it gives me the same error. can someone please give me an answer?
