My Minecraft isn't working

My Minecraft is not working I have the minimum requirements(a little more than that) and whenever I open a world or join a server it lags and then crashes it even happened on my friends laptop(my friends laptop was even more powerful) and still it crashed please tell me why this is happening then I can start to breathe a little easier im bored of playing bedrock edition please fix this
