Load Library failed with error 126

When I try to launch Minecraft, an error message pops up with the message "LoadLibrary failed with error 126: The specific module could not be found." After some researching online, I came across a few solutions to fixing this problem. However, none of the suggestions involving "money-free" solutions worked. I really do not want to end up spending money on trying to fix this problem. I have had a Minecraft account for around 6 years now, and I have never had such a problem until very recently.
