Minecraft launcher: "Not responding"

Minecraft launcher is not working currently for me. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it several time. But it is still not working. I also looked it up on Youtube, and it still didn't work! So Mojang please fix this bug! I just want to play Minecraft with my cousin.
