Patch notes for 1.16.4-pre2 do not have new lines within the bugs fixed section

The bug

In the Patch notes for 1.16.4-pre2, the Fixed bugs in 1.16.4 Pre-release 2 section does not use new lines for every bug fixed. This is inconsistent with all other patch notes within the Launcher.
