1.7.10 does not work

Everytime I try to open the 1.7.10 version of minecraft it seems to never open and give me Error message 0. This not only happens witn the Forge version with mods, But also happens with the official launcher one, where I can select installations, I've tried multiple times to reinstall the launcher, restarted my computer and nothing worked. Please fix asap
