[MCL-1542] When downloading: "XML document structures must start and end within the same entity"

When I started the launcher and switched to the Development Console I found this in it:

When I start the game it works fine but I felt that it's better if I report this.

Also, it happens in the 1.2.4 version of the launcher and there is no option for that at the "Affected Versions" section.
