It doesn't let me play

When I try to play Minecraft Java it doesn't load and says "Java (TM) Platform SE Binary is not responding" Then I have two options "Close the program" and "Wait for the program to respond" when I click the second one it doesn't load and when I click the First option it takes me back tot the game launcher and says
