Launcher passes -Xss1M on x86_64 systems

I found that launcher passed `-Xss1M` JVM argument.
According to 1.16.3 version json, it should do this only on x86 systems
How to repro:
1. Start game on x86_64
2. Check launch args

1.6.93 does not pass it
